If you subscribe to Sion as a consumer in the European Union, you may request a refund within 14 days of the subscription start date, subject to applicable law and the conditions described below.

How to request a refund

Email contact@sion.faith from the address used for your subscription and include your request for cancellation or refund. We may ask for limited billing details necessary to verify the purchase.

Processing time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and banking provider.

Exceptions

A refund may be denied where substantial premium usage has already occurred, including extensive consumption of premium-only features during the refund window.

• Repeated use of unlimited premium prayer generation
• Heavy usage of sacred voice and sacred art features
• Usage levels that clearly exceed a short evaluation period
